The seeds I've ordered are mostly in, cataloged and I will begin making my cheat sheets for the greenhouse and farmer markets sales. The greenhouses are going through their hot/cold cycles and will be ready for new seedlings.
Next week I plan to seed celery, onions and leeks. Once that happens, it starts a cycle of seeding something (or multiple varieties) every one to two weeks. There is an enormous amount of shuffling that goes on in the greenhouses to accommodate the amount of seedlings I have, those that need transplanting or a particular environment and those plants I have ordered. I am so ready!
Two reminders: this is a divide year, meaning I will be dividing hundreds of perennials from my gardens, potting them up and selling them at a great price. Secondly, I am hoping to accept MasterCard and VISA this year.
I will have an exceptional selection of vegetables and herbs this year. I will have more cool perennials to sell than I have space to put them so each weekend I will have a sales table full of healthy and wonderful plants waiting to be transplanted into your garden.
This winter seems very long and it will be a joy to go into my warm greenhouse,
seed with the music on and the sun (maybe) coming in and be with my new
Looking forward to seeing you....think spring.
